DISTRIBUTION

FreePlaySolitaire is, surprise, surprise free ! You are encouraged to give copies of this software to as many people as possible and spread the word about this great game.

VENDORS

Magazine Cover Disc Vendors and Shareware Distributors may charge a nominal fee for distribution of this version of FreePlaySolitaire which must not exceed the reasonable cost of duplication and materials. FreePlaySolitaire must not be sold for profit !

COPYRIGHT

All FreePlaySolitaire Intellectual Property Rights, code, graphics, web design and everything related are owned by Peter Wiseman / Digital Smoke and are protected by Copyright Laws and international treaty provisions. You must treat this software like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a book or musical recording). You may not rent, lease modify, translate, disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer or create derivative works based upon this software or use the graphics for your own purposes.

This software and accompanying written materials (including instructions for use) are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Further, the author does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use, or the results of use, of the software or written materials in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, current-ness, or otherwise.
